Four Key Pillars of Women’s Retreat

If you are wondering, how will we empower wellness to all women towards the goal of self-love. We focus on the Four Key Pillars through the 03 days of the women’s retreats for mental health:

1. Self-Awareness

The awareness for women is essential in order to gain a sense of self-love. Self-awareness for women is a key part of self-love, and it can provide them with the insight to create a strong sense of self and lead a healthy life.

2. Self-Esteem

Women should be in control of their own lives and build a life that truly reflects their dreams and desires. It is important to encourage women to find their own voice and take charge of their lives. Through self-love, women can build faith in themselves and their capabilities.

3. Self-Care

Self-care is essential for helping women cope with stress, burnout, fatigue, and the challenges of daily living. It is important to remember that you are worth taking care of, and that is why, at times, taking care of yourself is the most critical thing you can do for yourself.

4. Self-worth

A woman’s self-worth is frequently undermined, either as a result of the gender bias that persists in our culture or by their own self. Through self-love, women can be empowered to embrace their true potential and break the barriers set for them.

Through these four pillars, we hope to help these women navigate their way to “Loving themselves”!

Exploring the Need for Women’s Mental Health Retreat

1. Global Self-Love Crisis

According to global research released by The Body Shop, one in every two women has more self-doubt than self-love, and 60% wish they had more regard for themselves.

2. Stirring Conversations

There is still a strong stigma attached to mental health disorders and discussing them, particularly when they impact a woman. Talking about self-love is another stigma to the list. While much is spoken about loving others, we need to provide more spaces for women to promote self-love and equip them with the resources they need to manage their mental health.

3. Social Media Impact

Social media is a difficult issue when it comes to self-love. According to research, heavy social media users have lower levels of self-love, are more prone to compare themselves to others, and are frequently dissatisfied with their body image. However, some women do find more support on social media in contrast.

4. High Pressure

According to a 2020 poll performed by the American Psychological Association, nearly half of the women influencers experience significant levels of stress, compared to 5% of the general population. According to the report, 60% of influencers feel pressure to appear perfect, and 80% feel pressure to be continually available to their followers.

5. Cyberbullying

According to a 2018 survey performed by Takumi, 43% of influencers reported feeling sad or depressed as a result of their employment, and 35% said that their profession had negatively impacted their mental health.

6. Moving Beyond ‘perfection’

According to the World Health Organization, depression may be more prevalent in women than in males. This is because women who perform many roles are often conditioned to strive for ‘perfection’ and have unrealistic expectations of their own self-image. This produces tension and distress, which might result in mental health issues.

6. Self-care without Guilt

Women have many social obligations to fulfill, sometimes as perfect moms, wives, daughters, or friends, and they frequently disregard themselves and their needs. Women should be able to prioritize themselves and make time for self-care without feeling awful or guilty. Women’s mental health retreat can assist them in exploring and experiencing uninterrupted self-care and self-love.

It is empowering too see your work and journey emphasizes the importance of self-love and self-care, especially for women who have historically been expected to prioritize the needs of others over their own. Through traveling, we can learn to prioritize our own well-being and take control of our own lives. This is an important message for women everywhere, and I hope that more women are inspired to embark on their own journey of self-discovery through travel.
