Definition
Company “Mandeha,” “mandeha.com,” “Company,” “Firm,” “we,” “our,” “us,” “Service Provider,” or similar terminology refer to Mandeha (Psychology for All), a provider of mental health services, including travel psychology and sports psychology services, for the remainder of this document.
User “Client,” “user,” “you,” “your,” or similar terminology are all in reference to you as the user of the Mandeha platform, where you can access our mental health services and resources for the remainder of this document.
Platform “Platform” or similar terminology refers to our website, mobile app, chatbot, or web links that users can utilize to access the services provided by Mandeha.
Psychological Wellness Professional “Sports Psychologist,” “Travel Psychologist,” “Psychological Wellness Practitioner,” “Psychological Wellness Professional,” “Wellness Professional,” “therapist,” “wellness advisor,” “expert,” “doctor,” “consultant,” or similar terminology are all in reference to the mental health professionals and experts associated with Mandeha.
Nature of Service
Mandeha (Psychology for All) is an innovative mental health company dedicated to helping individuals unlock their mental strength to excel in various aspects of life, whether it’s related to travel experiences or sports performance. Our services are based on travel psychology and sports psychology techniques, tailored to enhance mental resilience and overall well-being.
Our wide range of services includes:
- Sports Psychology: We offer specialized support to individuals seeking to improve their mental game in sports, helping them achieve peak performance and overcome mental obstacles.
- Travel Psychology: Our travel psychology services are designed to address the unique mental health challenges that travelers may encounter. We provide guidance and resources to enhance your travel experiences.
- Counselling Psychology: Our team of mental health professionals provides counseling and therapy to address a variety of psychological and emotional issues.
- Corporate Training Program: Mandeha offers corporate training programs aimed at improving the mental health and well-being of employees, leading to enhanced productivity and job satisfaction.
- Psychometric Assistance: We provide psychometric assessments and tools to help individuals gain insight into their mental well-being and personality traits.
- Travel Psychology Journey: Embark on a journey of self-discovery and mental growth with our travel psychology programs, retreats tailored to help travelers thrive in new environments.
Our team is committed to delivering personalized support to meet your unique mental health needs. We value your privacy and confidentiality and adhere to our client anonymity and confidentiality policies, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. Mandeha reserves the right to modify or expand our service offerings without prior notification.
The aforementioned shall hereinafter be referred to as “Services.”

Disclaimer
Mandeha – Psychology for All is committed to providing valuable services in the field of psychology and mental well-being. Mandeha provides non-emergency psychology and counseling services. We do not handle medical or psychological emergencies. If you are in crisis, experiencing thoughts of self-harm or suicide, or have severe clinical disorders, please seek immediate in-person medical assistance at the nearest hospital or contact a qualified healthcare professional.
Non-Emergency Services: Mandeha does not provide assistance for medical or psychological emergencies. We do not offer support in crisis situations, including when an individual is experiencing thoughts of self-harm, suicide, or is displaying symptoms of severe clinical disorders such as schizophrenia or other psychotic conditions. In such cases, we strongly urge individuals to seek immediate help at the nearest hospital or emergency room to connect with a qualified medical professional, psychiatrist, or therapist in person. The same applies to any medical or psychological health emergencies.
User Agreement
By choosing to access or use any services, products, or resources provided by Mandeha, you confirm that you are of legal age (above 18 years) and possess the legal capacity to enter into contracts as per applicable Indian law, specifically the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and are capable of making independent decisions. You also acknowledge and agree to our Terms and Conditions, hereafter referred to as the “User Agreement,” as well as any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein and/or accessible through hyperlinks.
Please carefully read and understand the User Agreement. The terms within this User Agreement become effective when you access, use, or avail of services, resources, or products from our platform. The terms of the User Agreement also apply when accessing the service/platform via various mediums, including but not limited to mobile phones, smartphones, and tablets.
We retain the right to add, modify, or remove sections of the User Agreement at any time during the course of our agreement, without prior notice. Continuing to use the Mandeha platform or purchasing any service, resource, or product signifies an obligatory legal agreement between you and Mandeha. It is your responsibility to periodically review the User Agreement. Continuing to use the platform after any revisions will be considered as an acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicability Of Terms
The general terms and conditions outlined in the User Agreement are applicable to all current and future contracts established between you and Mandeha.
This User Agreement applies to all users of the platform, including but not limited to browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors.
By using any of our services, you irrevocably accept all obligations specified in the User Agreement, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other referenced policies, and agree to comply with them. The User Agreement supersedes any prior oral or written terms and conditions that may have been communicated to you.
Terms of Use
During the course of this Agreement, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following terms of use:
- Eligibility: You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and are not otherwise legally incompetent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. Your use of the platform must not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Truthful Information: You agree that all registration information you provide, whether directly to us or through your organization, is truthful and accurate, and you commit to maintaining the accuracy of this information.
- Personal Use: Your use of the platform is for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use of the platform or its content for commercial purposes is prohibited.
- Usage Restrictions: Your personal and non-commercial use of the platform is subject to the following restrictions:
- You shall not modify any content of the platform.
- You shall not decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the content.
- You shall not delete or modify any content, including legal notices, disclaimers, or proprietary notices that you do not own or have explicit permission to modify.
- You shall not use the platform in a way that is unlawful or harms Mandeha or any other entity, as determined at Mandeha’s discretion.
- You shall not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission from Mandeha.
- You shall not post or transmit any software or computer files that may harm the platform or interfere with its use.
- Third-Party Links: When you follow links to external websites from the platform, you acknowledge that these sites are not controlled by Mandeha. Different terms of use and privacy policies may apply. Mandeha reserves the right to disable links from third-party sites to the platform, though it is not obligated to do so.
- Fees and Technical Specifications: You agree to pay all applicable fees on time. In case of late payment, Mandeha reserves the right to levy charges or interest on the outstanding amount. You are responsible for checking the technical specifications required before booking a session or using any of our digital offerings.
- Prohibited Content: You may not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update, or share any information that:
- Belongs to another person without proper authorization.
- Deceives or misleads recipients or contains grossly offensive or menacing content.
- Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security, or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, public order, or incites the commission of any offense.
Intellectual Property
The contents on our platform are provided for informational purposes, and Mandeha disclaims liability for any reliance on the platform. Third-party content displayed on the platform remains the property of their respective owners, and Amaha does not assert rights over such content. Mandeha’s copyright extends to the remaining contents of this document. No information, content, or material from the platform and/or Services may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed without express written permission from Mandeha.
User Content
By submitting any Content, you confirm that you own the rights or have the necessary authorizations to use, assign, or license the Content. The Content must comply with our Terms and Conditions, not infringe upon third-party rights, and not involve or promote prohibited products or services. It should also adhere to the laws and not provide false or misleading information. By submitting Content, you grant Amaha the right to use, copy, and distribute it as necessary for the Service.
Payment and Refunds
Users agree to pay all fees and charges upfront to Mandeha and authorize automatic deductions from payments made when accessing platform features. Users are responsible for telephone charges and internet Service fees incurred while accessing Mandeha Services. Details on payment methods, charges, and fees are available in the Payment section on the platform, subject to change without notice. Cancellations and refunds follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy, also subject to change without notice.
Privacy Policy
Use of our platform and online resources is subject to our Privacy Policy. Users should carefully read the Privacy Policy. Mandeha reserves the right to modify the Privacy Policy without notice.
Termination
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred before the termination date will survive the termination of this agreement. This User Agreement remains effective until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate this User Agreement by notifying us directly or through a third-party platform if you no longer wish to use Amaha’s Services or when you stop using our platform, ensuring settlement of outstanding payments.
We reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time without notice if we believe you have failed to comply with any term or provision. In such cases, you will remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination, and we may deny you access to our Services.
Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally, there may be information in our platform or Service that contains errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product or Service descriptions, pricing, promotions, or offers. We reserve the right to correct such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and modify or update information or cancel orders if necessary. We are not obligated to update information in the Service except as required by law.
Prohibited Uses
In addition to other prohibitions stated in this User Agreement, you are prohibited from using the platform or its content for unlawful purposes, soliciting unlawful acts, violating regulations, infringing on intellectual property rights, harassing or discriminating based on various factors, submitting false information, spreading malicious code, collecting personal information, spamming, and interfering with the security features. Violation of these prohibited uses may result in the termination of your use of the Service.
Limitation of Liability
Neither Mandeha nor any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, representatives, or licensors shall be held responsible for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damage, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, business opportunity, business interruption, or loss of information, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, related to or arising out of your access or use of the Mandeha platform or any linked website.
These conditions do not intend to exclude liability as may be applicable under any mandatory laws; however, to the extent permitted by law, all warranties and conditions that may be implied into these conditions are hereby excluded. Where applicable law implies any warranty or condition, and such law prohibits the exclusion or modification of liability under that warranty or condition, the liability of Mandeha is limited to either the supply of the services again or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again, if the breach relates to services. In the case of products that can be repaired, Mandeha’s liability is limited to the repair of such products or the payment of the costs of having the products repaired, or otherwise, the replacement of the products or the supply of equivalent products, or the payment of the cost of replacing the products or acquiring equivalent products.
Mandeha is not liable for:
- Telephone, mobile, electronic, network, internet, computer, hardware, or software program malfunctions, delays, or failures.
- Any injury, loss, or damage to your computer, or interception or use of credit card information resulting from the use of the platform.
- Incorrect information, whether caused by other users or equipment, software, or programming associated with the site or as a result of technical or human errors in processing site information.
Mandeha does not guarantee acceptance as a registered user or client by the Psychological Wellness Professionals on our platform. Mandeha reserves the right to terminate your registration without citing a reason.
Disclaimer on Warranties
You understand and agree that any interactions and associated issues with the Wellness Professional on the platform are strictly between you and the Wellness Professional. You shall not hold Mandeha and/or the Wellness Professional responsible for any such interactions and associated issues. Mandeha and/or the Wellness Professional are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from your interactions with the Wellness Professional. If you decide to engage with a Wellness Professional to provide Psychological Wellness Services to you, you do so at your own discretion and risk.
The Services, content, and all materials, information, products, and Services included therein, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. Mandeha and its licensors and affiliates expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, relating to the Services and content.
In addition, Mandeha and its licensors and affiliates disclaim any warranties regarding security, accuracy, reliability, timeliness, and performance of the Services. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free or that any errors will be corrected. No advice or information provided to you by Mandeha will create any warranty that is not expressly stated in these Terms of Service.
We make no representations concerning, and do not guarantee, the accuracy of the Services, including any information provided through the Services or their applicability to your individual circumstances.
We may provide you with access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor have control or input over. Such tools may take the form of personal assessments, polls, and their results, among others. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. Any use of optional tools offered through the platform is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
Third-party links on this platform may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy, and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or Services of third parties.
Over the course of the User Agreement period, we may incorporate products/Services from third-party providers on our platform. By using such products/Services, you understand that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of the corresponding third-party provider. Mandeha shall not be held liable for any risk, damage, or liability arising from the use of such third-party products, Services, goods, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites. Any complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third party.
Travel Journeys with Mandeha
Mandeha also offers travel journeys for your well-being. These travel journeys are designed to provide unique experiences for your psychological wellness. While we make every effort to ensure a safe and enriching experience, please be aware that participating in these travel journeys involves inherent risks. Mandeha shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during the course of these journeys.
By choosing to embark on a travel journey with Mandeha, you accept the associated risks and agree that Mandeha and its partners are not liable for any incidents that may arise during the journey. It is your responsibility to ensure your own safety and well-being during the travel journey.
User Forums, Topics, Replies, Comments, Feedback, and Other Submissions
At Mandeha, we value your input and encourage your active participation in our platform’s community. If you willingly submit specific materials or comments, whether requested by us or voluntarily shared, you grant us the unrestricted right to edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate, and utilize these submissions across various mediums. However, it is essential to note that we maintain the confidentiality of all communications within the scope of therapy, in compliance with applicable laws. Please refrain from attempting to access others’ contact information through our platform.
You agree that your comments will not infringe upon any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or personal proprietary rights. Your comments must not contain unlawful, abusive, or obscene material, nor introduce computer viruses or malware that could disrupt our Service or related platforms. Impersonation or misleading communication is not permitted, and you are solely responsible for your comments’ accuracy. We do not assume liability for comments posted by you or third-parties.
While we reserve the right to monitor and, if necessary, edit or remove content that violates these guidelines, we do not have an obligation to do so. This includes content that may be deemed unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or infringing on intellectual property rights or our Terms of Service. We may also investigate and, at our discretion, request the removal of communications that do not conform to these terms.
Furthermore, we maintain the right to terminate a user’s access to the platform in the event of a breach of our Terms of Service. Comments posted on our platform, whether by you or others, are considered independent expressions of their respective authors and do not imply Mandeha’s official position in any manner, whether expressed or implied.
Mandeha is an interactive platform where users can contribute their own comments and engage with various content. We appreciate your cooperation in upholding a respectful and constructive community.
Entire Agreement
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision in this User Agreement does not waive that right or provision. This User Agreement, along with any additional policies or operating rules posted on our platform or related to our Services, constitutes the comprehensive agreement and understanding between you and us. It governs your usage of our Service and supersedes any prior or concurrent agreements, whether oral or written, between you and us, including any prior versions of the Terms of Service. We aim to maintain clarity and transparency in our interactions with you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Mandeha, along with our affiliates, partners, and associates, harmless against any third-party claims or demands, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of this User Agreement, your violation of any law or third-party rights, or any breach in confidentiality. If you access Mandeha through a third-party platform, you also indemnify us against data breaches caused by the actions or omissions of that third-party platform. Your cooperation in maintaining the security of our platform is greatly valued.
Severability
In the event that any provision of this User Agreement is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall, nonetheless, be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service. This determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions. At Mandeha, we aim to maintain the integrity of our agreements, ensuring that they align with applicable laws.
Grievance Redressal
Mandeha is dedicated to addressing your concerns and grievances through our Grievance Redressal Forum. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our Services, please feel free to connect@mandeha.com . We are committed to providing you with a time-bound solution, with a resolution not exceeding one month from the date of your complaint.
Jurisdiction
Mandeha’s jurisdictional policies are established in accordance with Indian laws. Any disputes arising between the user and Mandeha regarding this User Agreement, including the interpretation of its terms, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these terms.
General Disclaimer
The services and content on Mandeha, as well as third-party platforms, are provided for general information and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for decision-making. We are not responsible if information on the platform is not accurate, complete, or current, and any reliance on such information is at your own risk.
Mandeha may include historical information on the platform, but this information is not necessarily current and is for reference only. We reserve the right to modify the platform’s content at any time.
The user is responsible for monitoring changes to our platform, and any content downloaded or obtained through our services is done at your own risk.
Mandeha reserves the right to modify or terminate any part of the platform or services without notice and without liability.
The Company does not guarantee that the functions on the platform or third-party sites linked to the platform will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free. We shall not have any liability arising from your use of third-party tools or materials.
Third-party links on the platform may direct you to websites not affiliated with Mandeha. We are not responsible for third-party materials, products, or services.
During the User Agreement, Mandeha may incorporate products/services from third-party providers on the platform. By using such products/services, you agree to the terms and conditions of the corresponding third-party provider, and Mandeha shall not be held liable for any risks, damage, or liability arising from the use of these third-party products or services.
